From simple to exotic designs, we utilize the stretch forming process as well as conventional roll forming and brake bending. The stretch forming process allows for the use of a wide range of materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze and titanium. Types of lineal shapes that can be stretch formed include extruded, brake formed, roll formed , sheet or drawn. Typical shapes that can be curved include, but are not limited to, tubes, channels, angles, hollow metal framing, I-beams, complex multi-hollow extrusions and snap-together assemblies. All of these can be formed in almost any direction, including off-angle and varying degree conditions.
